Fred has always been a people person. A former head football coach at Vanderbilt, he spent 25 years coaching college football, primarily in the SEC, and five years as the head of Human Resources for a 4,000-employee company before starting this business. The company that bears his name continues his commitment to hard work and unmatched service.
