Ward Chaffin

A native Nashvillian, Ward Chaffin serves as the CFO of Pancoast Benefits. His prior experience includes positions as CFO of an EV charging company, Managing Principal in charge of the outsourced CFO Services division of a regional CPA firm, Director of Finance for an educational technology company, and Corporate Controller for a startup physician practice management company. Ward graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He also received a Master of Business Administration with honors from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Away from the office, Ward serves on the Board as Treasurer for Springboard Landings, a nonprofit focused on providing adults who need a limited amount of support an option for independent living. He’s an avid fan of the Commodores, Fighting Irish, Titans, and Predators. He and his wife Lynn have two sons.
